Health Benefits
We offer two options for medical insurance through Blue Cross NC. Employees can choose between a traditional PPO plan and a High-Deductible Health Plan coupled with a Health Savings Account (HSA). Parata awards seed money to employees who elect the HSA plan.
Parata also offers dental, supplemental vision, and life insurance; short- and long-term disability insurance; flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent care expenses; long-term care insurance; and voluntary accident, cancer, and critical illness coverage.

Fitness Centers
Parata’ s NC headquarters has a spacious on-site fitness center equipped with cardio equipment, weights, and more. Our newest Wisconsin office is located near the RecPlex where team members get a discounted membership.
Wellness Wednesday
Each week, our HR partners send email bulletins offering education about healthy habits. Covering nutrition, hydration, exercise, and more, our company communications help our employees make better choices for their wellbeing.
On-Site Nurse
Our on-site nurse (Durham location only) provides year-round health coaching and serves as a resource to help employees reach their wellness goals. The nurse also provides wellness assistance in the event an employee experiences illness at work. Remote team members and participating spouses and domestic partners can take advantage of telephonic health coaching.
Activities
We have some wildly popular fitness and wellness activities that run throughout the year. Participation in these activities earns you points that count toward a discount on your medical insurance.
